exactly. Cues for a recorded beat are aligned to its audio by local
speech recognition; cues for a beat still awaiting its recording are
split on sentence and clause punctuation and timed proportionally by
character count across that beat's own [voStart, voEnd] window.
No cue is placed during a reading hold. Every cue wraps to at most two
lines and carries line:80% so a browser's default renderer keeps it
clear of the lower frame.
