Advanced user documentation for a payment processing and device manufacturer company Ingenico.
Leading payment processor and device manufacturer Ingenico contacted us to migrate their existing PDF documents to Confluence, a fast, web based, commercial grade wiki system. After a successful migration across multiple guides, each containing a few hundred pages at most, the client hired us to build out multiple revisions for multiple devices.
With two full-time technical writers and a solid plan, we took to Confluence and JIRA to build out manuals for every Ingenico payment processor device. Using JIRA we managed sprints to help stay aligned with Ingenico’s agile development schedule, releasing new documentation every two months.
All manuals are available in searchable web based documentation as well as fully branded PDF downloads for printing or viewing on any device.
